We really did not want to resort to this again, but our cancellation policy is not being taken seriously.  As you all know, we are a very small facility and turn many potential boarders away daily . Due to recent, multiple cancellations, we are now forced to require a deposit for all reservations.  Deposits will be a minimum of the cost for a one-night stay based on your pet(s) weight for reservations less than a week and for a minimum of the three-night cost based on your pet(s) weight for longer reservations. All deposits paid will be fully refunded if cancellations are made with more than 14 days of notice. Once your reservation has been approved, you will receive an invoice for your deposit amount. To remit payment, you will be required to enter your credit card information under Payment Info and then go to the reservation and choose Online Credit Card.
