LATE PICK UP/DROP OFF: Will incur a flat fee of $5.00 if picked up or dropped off before or after PPN's posted operating hours. 

‚ÄčNEW CLIENTS:

Prior to accepting your pet(s) as a new client we require an evaluation. The purpose of our evaluation

is so that we may learn your pet's behavior, get to know them and allow them to feel comfortable in a new environment.

Evaluations are scheduled Monday- Thursday by appointment only.

HOUSE RULES:
Aggressive dogs will not be accepted (bitten or attacked person/dog)
Outside dogs will not be accepted (must be an inside house pet)
Destructive dogs will not be accepted (destroying your home)
Your pet must be spayed or neutered as early as 6 months but no later than one year old
Your pet must be up to date on all vaccinations
Your pet must be on a flea/tick preventive
Your pet must be in a carrier or on a leash when entering and exiting our property 

MAKING A RESERVATION:
Once your boarding is complete or if you are a current client, reservations can

be made online by going to the Reservations Page.  If you would like for us to make your reservation

for you please call or email us.

WHAT TO DO PRIOR TO EVALUATION FOR BOARDING:

Copy of vaccinations: 
Your pets must be current on all vaccinations 10 days prior to visit and must be in good health and not have any type of ailment that could be spread to another dog. Your dog must be on a flea and tick preventive.

 ** Please understand if we do not receive a copy of your pets vaccinations by your evaluation/boarding we will not be able to accept your pet.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING FOR YOUR PET(S) BOARDING VISIT:

Bed and or blanket
Food (only bring the amount needed for their stay)

Treats or toys
Medications (medications must be in a pill box)
List of medications, their purpose and correct dosage amount (To ensure your pets meds are given correctly, you must write dosage out)
List of any allergies (food, etc)
Current vaccination record

HOLIDAY HOURS:
We accept guests over the holidays for boarding however, we are not open to the public for check in or out on the following holidays: Easter, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

PAYMENTS:

All payments are due upon your pet's arrival. We accept cash, check, credit or debit cards.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

To compensate for potential loss of booking, any cancellations less than 14 days prior to service will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.  Cancellations made 15 days or more; no cancellation fee. If you check your pet out prior to reserved check out date you will not be refunded for days not stayed. If you cancel your reservation within the same day of, drop off, you will be responsible for the full amount of that reservation. 


Adjusting reservations: We understand that life happens, and changes may need to be made to a current reservation(s). We ask that all changes be made one week or more prior to your drop off date/time to prevent loss of booking. You will be charged 50% of the cost for the nights not stayed if the reservation is adjusted less than a week to your original drop off date.
