Policies

How to become a New Client:
Prior to accepting your pet(s) as a new client we require a daycare trial. The purpose of our daycare trial is so that we may evaluate your pet's behavior, get to know them and allow them to feel comfortable in a new environment.  Daycare trials are Monday through Thursday by appointment only and are based on availability. 

To schedule a trial call 812-430-8252 or email pamperedpetnanny@gmail.com   When emailing or leaving a message the following information will be helpful: pet's breed, age, sex and your dates of travel that you will need service.

 
SOME OF OUR HOUSE RULES:
Aggressive dogs will not be accepted (bitten or attacked person/dog)
Outside dogs will not be accepted (must be an inside house pet)
Destructive dogs will not be accepted (destroying your home)
Your pet must be spayed or neutered (unless under 6 months of age)
Your pet must be up to date on all vaccinations
Your pet must be on a flea/tick preventive
Your pet must be in a carrier or on a leash when entering and exiting our property 

Making a Reservation:
Once your daycare trial is complete or if you are a current client reservations can be made online by going to the Reservations Page.  If you would like for us to make your reservation for you please call or email us.

What to do Prior to Daycare trial or Boarding: 
Complete all PPN Forms
Daycare trial or consultation
Copy of vaccinations: 
Your pets must be current on all vaccinations 5 days prior to the daycare trial or boarding and must be in good health and not have any type of ailment that could be spread to another dog. Your dog must be on a flea and tick preventive.

 ** Please understand if we do not receive a copy of your pets vaccinations & PPN forms by your trial/boarding we will not be able to accept your pet.

What You need to bring for your pets stay with us:
Bed and or blanket
Food (only bring the amount needed for their stay)
Medications (medications must be in a pill box)
List of medications, their purpose and correct dosage amount (To insure your pets meds are given correctly you must write dosage out)
List of food allergies
PPN forms (new clients only)
Up to date vaccine report

Monday through Friday  7:30am-9:00am & 4:30pm-6:00pm
Saturday 10:00am-11:00am (No Evening Hrs)
Sunday 10:00am-11:00am & 4:30pm-5:30pm

HOLIDAY HOURS
We accept guests over the holidays for boarding however, we are not open to the public for check in or out on the following holidays: New Years Day,  Easter, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

PAYMENTS

All payments are due upon your pet's arrival. We only accept cash or check.


CANCELLATION POLICY

To compensate for potential loss of booking, any cancellations less than 14 days prior to service will be charged a 25% cancellation fee.  Cancellations made 15 days or more; no cancellation fee. If you check your pet out prior to reserved check out date you will not be refunded for days not stayed.
