Boarding Hours of Operation

Check In or out during the following hours by appointment only

Monday - Friday  8:00am – 8:30am & 5:00pm - 5:30pm
Saturday  9:00am - 9:30am
Sunday    4:00pm - 4:30pm

*We are closed to the public on ALL holidays.
** Our business is run from our home and we are not open to the public 24 hours a day.  We ask that you respect our designated check in and check out times for a smooth operation of our business and family time- thank you.

For All Boarding: Boarding rates are per NIGHT.  If your pet is picked up M-Sat. between am check out (8-9/9-9:30) there is no fee for that day.  Pets not picked up until the evening check out (5-5:30pm) M-F and Sun. you will be charged a day rate.  Day rate for the resort is $15.00 and boarding in my home is $20.00.


Tours
We welcome you to come check us out!  All tours are by appointment only and are conducted on Mondays.  If you have an immediate need for service and would like to see our resort prior to boarding please give me a call, I may be able to accommodate you.


Policies
  • All dogs must be current on all vaccinations 5 days prior to boarding and must be in good health and not have any type of ailment that could be spread to another dog.
  • Your dog must be on a flea and tick preventive.
  • No aggressive dogs will be admitted.
  • All Pampered Pet Nanny, LLC paper work has to be filled out and turned in prior to boarding.
  • If boarding in my home your dog will have to stay for a sleep over (free of charge) prior to staying in our home.
  • Please see boarding legal contract for all policies.


Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
  • Reservation is only guaranteed with a deposit.
  • During non holidays a 25% deposit is required to hold your dates.
  • During holidays a 50% deposit is required to hold holiday dates.
  • 0-14 days prior to service- no refund
  • 15-21 days prior to service-½ of deposit refunded
  • 22 days or more- full refund
  Potty Breaks- Buy 10 get ONE FREE

  Doggie Day - Buy 10 visits get ONE FREE.

  Walking Service- Buy 10 Walks get ONE FREE.

  $10.00 REFERRAL CREDIT- With each new person you refer to Pampered Pet Nanny who books a 
  service with us you'll receive $10.00 off your next service.

  Boarding 5% OFF- With cash payment.
