"Raschel did an incredible job taking care of our Lina while we were gone. I could tell when we returned that she had lots of love and attention. Usually she seems very distressed when we return after being away for several days which she did not this time. Raschel also left me a daily dairy of how Lina was behaving which was invaluable.
